This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Contrary to popular belief, I am not dead. Nor have I been abducted by aliens, or been arrested, or anything else.
I've not been posting much because I've not felt the urge to. So I thought it was about time I got off my butt and added a picture and a journal entry.
So, what have I been up to? Hmmm... *thinks*
Well not that much really. I've been practising my drumming a lot (which the neighbours don't like but I don't care). I'm currently trying to get a job as a session drummer, and I've given up singing.
I had a small accident about a month and a half ago, and got a wood splinter in my right eye. I had the spliter removed but it became infected. The infection didn't appear to be clearing too well and I kept waking up in the morning with my right eye really sore and streaming tears. So I went to the Manchester Eye Hospital and they've diagnosed me with a complaint called Recurrent Corneal Erosion. Basically this means that where the damage to the eye has occured, it's not healing properly because when I close my eyes to sleep the eyelid is closing over the cut. During the night the cut starts to heal, but when I open my eyes in the morning any new cells that have formed are pulled off by the eyelip passing over them, and it's quite painful.
The doctor has given me some "artifical tears" to drop into my eyes 8 times a day, so that the eyes surface remains lubricated, and the eyelid should pass over the damaged area without causing any friction.
